Refunds & Redo Policy • Refunds: All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us before you leave the salon so we can address your concerns. • Redo: We offer a complimentary redo of your service within 3 days of your original appointment if you are not satisfied. Please contact us immediately to schedule a correction. Gift Cards • Usage: Gift cards are available for purchase and can be used for any service or product.
